West Chester Housing Market Surges as HSN Relocates to QVC Headquarters

With plans for both QVC and the HSN to be housed at West Chester headquarters, many hosts and staff members are relocating to Chester County.

Chester County homes are experiencing a surge in popularity as the Home Shopping Network (HSN) relocates to West Chester, writes Jeff Blumenthal for Philadelphia Business Journal.

In January, QVC Group, the parent company for both QVC and HSN, announced plans for both sister networks to be housed in QVC’s Studio Park headquarters. A company spokesperson shared that HSN, which was located in St. Petersburg, Florida, is expected to begin broadcasts from West Chester later this year.

The move comes as part of a larger reorganization, which included laying off nearly 900 employees and putting the St. Petersburg campus up for sale.

With filming relocating, many hosts are moving to West Chester and surrounding Philadelphia suburbs. Several hosts have documented the move from Florida to Pennsylvania on social media.

Siaoming Wong, an HSN host since August 2024, remarked on the move during a recent visit to the borough. Wong shared on LinkedIn, “Can we talk about 30 degree weather in April?! Florida has me soft—send coats!”

Debbie Denmon, a host since 2017, also confirmed her excitement for the upcoming move to West Chester on Instagram, writing, “I know that we’re going to love it here.”
