PHILADELPHIA Today support lasts for one month and renews automatically on the date the following month that you contributed.
These Support Program Terms represent an agreement between you, the Support Program subscriber (“you” or the “Supporter”) and American Community Journals (“ACJ” or “we,” “us,” and “our”).
By providing your credit card or debit card information, you authorize us to charge your debit card or credit card (“Payment Method”) for the contribution, along with any applicable taxes, and you agree to accept an electronic record of a receipt. You agree that certain credit card, debit card, and billing information may be shared with our payment processor and other necessary service providers. This information may be stored by our payment processor in order to process automatic renewals.
You are subscribing to monthly support, and your support will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the same dollar amount until you cancel it. You can cancel your support at any time by e-mailing us at Support@acj.today with the subject line “Cancel My Support” and requesting to cancel your monthly support. All we need is your name and the e-mail address associated with your contribution. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month. We do not provide prorated refunds.
American Community Journals and its local platforms are not a charity, nonprofit, or 501(c)(3) organization, and your contribution is not a tax-deductible donation.
We reserve the right to change the benefits available under the Support Program at any time and without prior notice. Any material change to the Support Program benefits will be posted on the Support Program webpage. American Community Journals may terminate the Support Program at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion upon notice to you, to be provided by e-mail or through an update on the Support Program page. If we terminate the Support Program, our sole liability to you and your sole remedy for such termination will be for ACJ to provide you with a prorated refund of your support contribution. This is the only circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund of your support contribution.
