Manor College Student-Athletes Cross the Stage at 75th Commencement

Eighteen Manor College student-athletes received degrees at the College's 75th Commencement, competing in the classroom the same way they do on the field.

Manor College marked its 75th Commencement on May 14 with 106 graduates receiving bachelor’s and associate degrees in an outdoor ceremony in front of Mother of Perpetual Help Hall. Among them: a group of student-athletes who spent their time at Manor competing on the field, court, and track — and finishing the job in the classroom.

Tom Gangi, Head Women’s Soccer Coach, Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach, and Facilities Manager, received the 2026 Board of Trustees Staff Award at the ceremony.

Director of Athletics and Head Men’s Soccer Coach John Dempster ’99 delivered the Alumni Association Greeting following the awarding of degrees. His full remarks are available on YouTube.
