The David’s Bridal DoorDash Partnership Takes Off with Big Numbers

David’s Bridal, headquartered in KoP, joins forces with DoorDash for rapid wedding dresses and accessories delivery in less than an hour.

King of Prussia-based David’s Bridal has joined forces with DoorDash to offer the delivery of wedding dresses, shoes, and accessories in less than an hour, writes IESHA for the Baller Alert.

Brides-to-be and their guests can now order gowns and party looks from over 180 David’s Bridal stores right from their phones, with delivery speeds that even rival a pizza.

The partnership is also ideal for last minute party looks, backup dresses for bridesmaids, and quick heel swaps in case of an unexpected break.

“David’s takes the stress away so you can focus on celebrating and feeling beautiful and confident for any special occasion,” said CEO Kelly Cook.

Since the partnership launched, David’s Bridal has delivered more than 2,000 items through DoorDash, with Las Vegas leading the way.

According to Cook, 17 percent of the company’s customers purchase dresses for weddings occurring within three weeks, demonstrating clear demand.

The move comes not too long after David’s Bridal filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2023. Now the company is bouncing back, leaning into technology and convenience that fit today’s fast-paced world.
