A Philadelphia accounting firm with deep local roots is thinking big.
Centri Business Consulting, the Center City advisory firm founded in 2011, has secured a $20 million credit facility from Citizens Bank to fuel an ambitious push toward national scale, writes Jeff Blumenthal for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The firm, led by Roman Catholic High School alumnus and Roxborough native Michael Aiello, is targeting 600 employees across 17 offices by 2030, nearly triple its current footprint of just over 200 employees in nine locations.
The growth plan spans acquisitions, new market expansion and aggressive hiring. But Philadelphia isn’t getting left behind in the process.
“We’ll be minimally doubling in size in the next few years in Philadelphia, and then I’ll be looking to see if I can get some more space in Three Logan so we can keep growing and add an additional floor,” said Aiello.
That commitment to its Three Logan Square headquarters signals something notable.
Centri is chasing national ambitions, while doubling down on the city where it started.
The firm now serves public, private and growth-stage companies across financial reporting, technical accounting, M&A advisory, valuation, tax, CFO advisory and more.
Due to this, Centri has created a broad platform built to compete with larger rivals.
