The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list is underway with the release of its micro-category workplaces, and these Chester County companies are on the roster this year, writes Lara Schwartz for the publication.
PBJ partners with Quantum Workplace to determine the top employers in Greater Philadelphia. Businesses are chosen based on surveys sent to workers at nominated companies, which contain questions related to benefits, compensation, leadership, and more.
80 companies made the list this year, divided into five categories depending on size, including micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large based on number of employees.
Five Chester County companies are among the micro-category for top employers, listed alphabetically.
- BTC Marketing Communications in Wayne, marketing agency.
- CCR Management Services Inc. in Exton, property management and consulting.
- Elevate Construction Partnership in Exton, construction management.
- Layer 8 Security in Malvern, cybersecurity.
- Red Leviathan in Malvern, veteran-centric growth portfolio.
Later, the top three highest-ranked companies in each category will be will be unveiled at an event at Stateside Live! on July 23.
