L’Olivo Trattoria, a new Italian restaurant, opened last week at 570 Wellington Square in Exton, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The new eatery is located in Eagleview Town Center, Hankin Group’s mixed-use development.
Restaurateur and chef Francis Pascal owns the latest addition to Chester County’s dining scene. He also operates the Birchrunville Store Cafe, a French-Italian fusion BYOB, and Butterscotch Pastry Shop.
“My newest restaurant is the realization of a lifelong dream and a tribute to my family’s culinary legacy,” said Pascal.
L’Olivo Trattoria offers a delicious menu featuring fresh homemade pasta, slow-cooked meats, and grilled seafood, paired with curated wines. Standout dishes include Barolo-braised beef and black ink linguini carbonara.
With 3,500 square feet, the restaurant can seat up to 90 guests across its dining room, bar, and outdoor patio.
