As One New Hope Business Closes, Several More Preparing to Open

While one business in New Hope has recently closed its doors for good, several others are set to open soon.

While The Landing, a popular bar and restaurant along the river, closed its doors for good in New Hope this year, several new businesses have already opened, and others are getting ready to open, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

Lawrenceville-based Nosh Empanadas recently opened its doors, offering its “signature homemade empanadas, bold flavors, and small bites with big personality.”

The eatery features baked empanadas in various flavors, such as Philly cheesesteak, sausage and broccoli rabe and banana Nutella.

“The perfect late-night bite (or feast) after a night out,” states the business on its Facebook page.

Meanwhile, a key location at Bridge and Main streets is being leased to Modern Aesthetics, which also has locations in Newtown and King of Prussia. While its other locations focus on plastic surgery, the New Hope office will specialize in cosmetic injections and nonsurgical procedures, as well as health and wellness treatments.

Down the street, the former home of Original Russo’s Pizza is about to become the new site of New Hope Vanilla Cafe, offering breakfast, lunch and desserts. This cozy cafe already has a Philadelphia location.
