Flight Club recently celebrated the grand opening of its new establishment in Rittenhouse Square, writes Julia Binswanger for Billy Penn at WHYY.
The new darts bar isn’t just your typical darts bar with smoke-filled rooms, sticky floors, and dark corners.
This one is a 7,000-square-foot facility with technology, flash, and innovation that makes it a memorable experience each time.
“If you think you know anything about darts, just go ahead and throw that out and reimagine everything,” said Kim Chute, the vice president of marketing at State of Play Hospitality, the company behind the establishment. “This is not that. This is high technology.”
Those who are lovers of the classic dart experience will have the opportunity to experience something completely new.
The atmosphere features nice vibes with a playlist featuring some of today’s top pop stars, and is friendly for people of all levels, including beginners.
Flight Club’s Philadelphia location also has 11 private and semi-private playing areas.
The food menu also includes a variety of upscale and sharable appetizers. Menu options include the likes of beef sliders, fried lobster mac-and-cheese balls, flatbreads, and more. There is also a nice selection of craft cocktails and other beverages.
