Stateside Vodka is currently in an active search to find a new office space and distillery as part of its efforts to support the company’s expanding operations, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The search comes after the company disregarded its plans to open a headquarters that would house its manufacturing, distribution, and corporate operations in Northeast Philadelphia.
Instead, the move into that facility will only serve as a distribution center.
According to CEO and co-founder Clement Pappas, the goal is to find office and manufacturing space nearby in Northeast Philly. However, it hasn’t completely ruled out other locations throughout Philly.
Stateside wants up to 100,000 square feet of space for the distillery.
The company is temporarily using a 10,000-square-foot office building in Trevose as it searches for a new permanent space.
Stateside’s shift in its approach in finding a new space follows the rapid growth of its wildly popular Surfside brand, the iced tea and vodka cocktail. In 2024, the company more than tripled its production of the drink and expanded it distribution to every U.S. state.
