Five Iron Golf, which already has two locations in Philadelphia is soon opening its third, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Known for providing guests with an urban indoor golf experience, the third Philly location will be constructed on the ground floor of the Three Logan Square office tower and open early next year.
The Logan Square location will feature five Trackman simulators, each of which holding up to six players. It will also feature Callaway golf club fitting, an 8-seat bar, high-top tables, and two outdoor patios with hopes to have around 12 tables.
Brandywine Realty Trust, which owns the Logan Square building on Arch Street, and Five Iron Golf said the location will add a recreational and “wellness-focused” amenity to the building that can be used for post-work gatherings and business events.
The other Philly two locations exist in Rittenhouse Square and Fishtown, and opened in 2020 and 2022, respectively.
Founded in New York in 2017, Five Iron Golf has 31 locations across 13 states and five countries. The locations typically serve draft beers and cocktails along with a menu of American bar fare.
