TGI Fridays Reopens Doors with New Management in Bensalem

A year after shutting down, the TGI Fridays in Bensalem near Parx Casino has reopened its doors, now featuring new additions to the menu.

TGI Fridays has returned to Bensalem near Parx Casino, reopening its doors after shutting down last year, writes Dino Ciliberti for Patch.

“We are back and better than ever,” said TGI Assistant Manager Kimberly Martin. “We are under new management with a fresh menu, and a new, creative cocktail experience at our fully functional bar.”

The restaurant offers two happy hours, with $5 cocktails available from 4 PM to 6 PM and 9 PM to 11 PM. From 9 PM to close, customers can enjoy half-priced appetizers.

TGI Fridays also added a range of mocktails for Dry January to its menu, along with appetizer combination platters.

“We reopened and just got our liquor license back,” said Martin.

The grand reopening of the location happened right around Thanksgiving.

The eatery closed a year ago following bankruptcy procedures shortly after the location at the Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown shut down.

Franchise locations have continued to shut down, with the company announcing 36 closures in January last year.
