Six new restaurants and businesses are coming to Barn Plaza in Doylestown at the site of the former Regal Cinema on Route 611, writes Jeff Werner for Patch.
The shopping center, owned and managed by Brixmor, will have three new multi-tenant buildings spanning 46,000 square feet.
A new Pottery Barn featuring home furnishings will be taking up a 13,000-square-foot space. Another home goods store, Williams-Sonoma, which offers appliances, cookware, and furnishings, will also be added.
Locals will also see the arrival of a new 5,000-square-foot Sephora, featuring perfumes, beauty and skincare products, and makeup.
Burton’s Grill & Bar will be opening with its spin on classic American dishes. The new space will feature 140 indoor seats along with a 32-seat bar and 75 seats on its outdoor patio.
The popular eatery Shake Shack is opening a location in the shopping center as well. The menu features a range of burgers, along with grilled cheese and chicken sandwiches with delicious sides and shakes.
Also joining the lineup is Just Salad, the fast-casual restaurant offering a variety of delicious salads and warm bowls.
“We’re very excited about (the plan) and we think it’s really going to solidify the property and make it sustainable,” said Vice President of Redevelopment for Brixmor William Greimel.
