Exton Teen’s Small Business Goes Pro with Eagles-Themed Jewelry

Exton teen Samantha Martin has led a successful small jewelry business, even selling Eagles-themed bracelets to the players themselves.

Exton teen Samantha Martin’s unique small business has made its way to the NFL, reports Shawnette Wilson for Fox 29.

The fourteen-year-old resident sells a variety of handmade jewelry through her business, Samantha’s Beads. Her Philadelphia Eagles-inspired pieces have been a success within the community, and items have even made their way to the Eagles’ most iconic players.

Samantha’s Beads was recently featured at youth football camps hosted by both Saquon Barkley and AJ Brown. Martin also attended private Super Bowl parties where she met fellow NFL stars Brandon Graham, Kenny Gainwell, and Tanner McKee.

Samantha Martin first started the business with pop-ups at local craft shows and community events. Her success soon connected Martin with Dudhat Dental Group, the team dentist for the Eagles and Phillies, which led to Samantha’s Beads’ expansion into the training camps.

Martin shared her excitement at having met Eagles stars and their families at recent events. She sold necklaces and keychains to both guests and players at each of the camp appearances.

But Martin’s goals with her business go beyond the personal reward of meeting the team. She has already donated 15% of her total profits to the Eagles Autism Foundation as a way to give back and, as Martin said, “help people that need help.”
