3 Philadelphia Hotel Restaurants Named Among Top 100 in Inaugural List

Three Philadelphia and one New Jersey hotel restaurants have made the inaugural list compiled by OpenTable and Kayak.

Three Philadelphia hotel restaurants are ranked among the nation’s top 100 on the inaugural list compiled by OpenTable and Kayak, writes Abigail Chachoute for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The three hotel restaurants are all located inside the Four Seasons, which has made several lists as one of the top hotels in the nation and world.

First up is oyster bar Vernick Fish. The restaurant’s owner Greg Vernick won a James Beard Award in 2023 and was also named a semifinalist this year. Vernick Fish is located on the ground floor of the Comcast Technology Center.

Next is Jean-Georges Philadelphia. The fine-dining restaurant located on the 59th floor of the Four Seasons has been receiving national recognition since it opened.

SkyHigh, a lounge and cocktail bar on the 60th floor rounds out the list for Philadelphia. Last year, OpenTable named SkyHigh one of the most beautiful restaurants in America.

Philadelphia was tied for the fourth-most hotel restaurants on this inaugural list, trailing Las Vegas, Miami, and Orlando.

OpenTable and Kayak created the list using data from a survey of more than 1,500 American consumers who dined at at least one hotel restaurant over the last five years, along with Kayak flight and hotel searches, and OpenTable restaurant data.
