Catbird, the Brooklyn-based jewelry brand can now add Philadelphia to its portfolio after opening its newest location in Rittenhouse Square, writes Laura Swartz for Philadelphia Magazine.
The brand is known for its minimalistic aesthetic inspired by antiques and cult-favorite permanent bracelets.
If you were to venture inside a Catbird store, you’ll notice different color palettes throughout each store. However, a constant is its signature black-and-white checkered floors.
The Forever Bracelet is the most popular item at Catbird.
Customers at the new Rittenhouse location can pick out a gold chain and have your option of charms, diamonds, and decorative links. From there, you can have it custom-fit around your waist.
Custom-made jewelry isn’t just for the bracelets, however.
Catbird also features a build-your-own charm section.
All pieces are made with over 95 percent recycled gold and diamonds.
Customers can also find scented candles and other giftable items beyond the jewelry.
