Valley Forge Casino Resort names Martha Morales as General Manager, bringing industry expertise to enhance guest experiences.

Valley Forge Casino Resort has appointed Martha Morales as its new Vice President and General Manager, pending regulatory approval. 

Morales, an industry veteran, previously served as Assistant General Manager at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and has held leadership roles at major Strip casinos.

She succeeds Ron Bailey, who now leads Boyd Gaming’s new casino resort in Norfolk, Virginia. Morales expressed her excitement about the new role, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and enhancing the guest experience.

A graduate of UNLV with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Morales also holds an MBA from USC. Her accolades include recognition as one of UNLV’s 50 Most Intriguing Alumni, a Las Vegas Inc. 40 Under 40 honoree, and a 2024 Women Rising in Gaming awardee.

Valley Forge Casino Resort, a Boyd Gaming property, features an expansive gaming floor with 850 slot machines, 50 table games, the FanDuel Sportsbook, plus extensive event space and luxury accommodations. Located just two miles from King of Prussia Mall, it offers fine dining, live entertainment, and nightlife.
