Four Philadelphia ZIP codes were among the hottest housing markets in the region for the fourth quarter of 2024, according to Intercontinental Exchange data, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
ZIP code 19102 topped the list with an average list price of $1,132,618 and an average sale price of $784,054. The Center City West ZIP code covers the area west of Broad Street, extending to 17th Street, and runs from Pine Street in the south to Callowhill Street in the north. The primarily commercial district includes parts of Rittenhouse and Logan squares and encompasses several high-end buildings, such as the Residences at the Ritz Carlton and Two Liberty Place.
Next on the list is ZIP code 19107. It encompasses the area east of Broad Street to 8th Street and from Pine to Callowhill streets. It ranked in seventh place, with an average list price of $637,519 and an average sale price of $559,814.
Also on the list are ZIP code 19127 in Manayunk, with an average list price of $394,331 and a sale price of $450,003; and ZIP code 19137 in the Bridesburg and Port Richmond section of North Philadelphia, with a list price of $264,131 and a sale price of $304,534.
