Yelp has released its most recent list of the top 100 places to eat in the U.S., and a Philadelphia restaurant has made its way onto the list, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
That restaurant is Japanese eatery Fat Salmon in Washington Square West, which ranked 90 on the list. The restaurant is quite popular, ranking 4.3 stars on Yelp with 1,200 customer reviews.
Go to Fat Salmon and you’ll have your choice of a variety of regular, vegan, vegetarian, and sushi rolls. Beyond that, you can also have appetizers like edamame and gyoza, and offerings of wine, beer, and cocktails, or sake.
Yelp is especially pleased with the restaurant’s sweet and spicy Dancing Vampire Sushi Roll.
Fat Salmon is one of two Pennsylvania restaurants to make the list, with Chellas Arepa Kitchen in Lancaster ranking at No. 5 on the list.
Last year, no Greater Philadelphia restaurant made the list.
