Bredenbeck’s Bakery in Glenside has you covered for game day with delicious Eagles-themed treats, ranging from trading-card cookies to Kelly green-frosted cakes, reports Jan Carabeo for CBS News Philadelphia.
“We have a little bit of everything for everyone, starting at classic individual cupcakes for swoop, game day trays, which is great for larger gatherings,” said Bredenbeck’s Bakery owner Jacob Boyd. “We offer them in three different sizes. Old but new vintage heart cakes, again, in a variety of sizes, and a great activity for young children, a bird’s nest.”
The bird’s nest is perfect for parents who want to watch the game uninterrupted while their kids are are occupied with this fun and delicious treat.
The bakery also offers cakes featuring the jerseys of some of the most popular players, as well as cookies shaped like playing cards with their images – each packaged like a deck, so customers do not know exactly whom they will get.
“So it’s really luck of the draw to get your favorite player,” said Boyd.
