Bucks County Raises Over $12,000 for Buckingham Wellness Center in One Week

The Bucks County community recently exceeded a fundraising challenge from the Gene and Marlene Epstein Foundation, raising over $12,000 in just one week for the Kin Wellness and Support Center, writes Jeff Werner for The Patch.  

The community surpassed the original $5,000 goal  by collecting an additional $7,298. With the Epstein Foundation’s match, the total funds raised reached $12,298. 

Fenimore praised the Bucks County community for their remarkable support and generosity, which enabled Kin to exceed its fundraising goal. 

Kin Wellness and Support Center, inspired by Bucks County resident Corinne Sikora, provides comprehensive support, fitness, therapy, and integrative services to cancer patients, their families, and caregivers.  

The center offers free programs, including nutrition, yoga, fitness, counseling, support groups, and various therapies.
