Doylestown Castle Valley Mill Teams Up with Renowned Chefs for a Unique Culinary Celebration

Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown has joined forces with New Jersey Private Chef Matt Collins and Chef Attilio Guranio for a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the scenic outdoor location of one of the oldest operating mills in Bucks County, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

The event will take place on May 18 and will boast extensive menus that will highlight local ingredients, such as grains from the mill and ramps harvested from the property’s banks.

Attendees will get to enjoy live music by Instant Bingo, the eclectic folk band.

Chef Collins graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. He has more than ten years of experience in some of New York City’s top restaurants. Today, he runs his own catering company and is recognized as one of New Jersey’s top personal chefs.

“I’ve been incorporating Castle Valley Mill products in my dishes for years,” said Collins. “I’ve visited the property and know the owners well. Since first visiting the Mill I’ve dreamt about holding an event there.”

Chef Guranio owns Ava’s Kitchen & Bar in Kenilworth, N.J., which is a coveted spot for hosting corporate gatherings and other events.
