Fox 29’s Bob Kelly recently got the chance to tour Asher’s Chocolate in Souderton to learn how they make their delicious chocolates.
Asher’s has been making fine chocolates and other confectionary for five generations, since 1892.
It is the oldest chocolate business in the Greater Philadelphia area. The family first set up shop in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.
The chocolate plant makes around 300 different items and each day you can expect something different to be on the molding line.
On his visit, Kelly learned how the sweet operation works.
