King of Prussia continues to grow as a retail destination, with Los Angeles-based 7th Avenue opening a new experiential showroom at the mall this month, the retailer announced in a press release.
The appointment-first showroom officially opens April 17 and is designed to give customers a hands-on look at the brand’s modular sofas. The expansion comes after strong performance at the company’s Center City Philadelphia location, with demand from suburban shoppers driving the move into King of Prussia.
The new space offers a personalized shopping experience. It pairs visitors with design consultants who guide them through custom configurations and even demonstrate the durability of materials with live spill tests. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are encouraged.
7th Avenue’s flagship product, billed as “The World’s Greatest Modular Sofa,” emphasizes flexibility and practicality. It features washable covers, stain-resistant fabrics, hidden storage, and customizable layouts designed to adapt to changing living spaces.
The King of Prussia location also marks the brand’s first partnership with Simon Property Group, with additional showroom openings planned nationwide as part of a broader retail expansion.
