Shareholders of Quakertown-based QNB Corp. and The Victory Bancorp in Limerick have voted in favor of a proposed merger, clearing a major regulatory and corporate hurdle, writes Amy Unger for WFMZ 69 News.

QNB Corp. serves as the holding company for QNB Bank, while The Victory Bancorp performs the same role for The Victory Bank.

The all-stock $40.97 million deal, which was first announced in September, is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2026, contingent on regulatory approval.

Following the merger, the bank holding company will hold nearly $2.4 billion in assets, with a total market capitalization of about $173 million. The combined institution will operate under the QNB Bank brand and will be headquartered in Quakertown.

QNB operates 12 branches across Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties, while Victory has branches in Limerick and Horsham, along with loan offices in Horsham and Spring Township, Berks County.
