Leon N. Weiner & Associates Opens Coveted Affordable Housing for Seniors in Sellersville

Leon N. Weiner & Associates, providing housing solutions for communities in need, opened an affordable-housing complex for seniors in Sellersville.

With Bucks County’s average home price topping $508,000 in 2025, Sellersville faces a desperate need for affordable housing for teachers, first responders, and seniors on fixed incomes, writes April Johnston for the Pittwire.

However Leon N. Weiner & Associates, a developer dedicated to providing housing solutions for communities in need, has recently taken a step to help address the shortage by opening a much-coveted affordable-housing complex for seniors in the quaint town.

The complex features elevators, activities, and support services, along with a Net Zero Ready certification from the U.S. Department of Energy.

“Demand was off the charts,” said Sean Kelly, executive vice president of LNWA . “We leased all the apartments in 25 days, and we still have a 200-person waiting list.”

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the complex, one of the new residents approached Kelly in tears and thanked him for making it possible for her to live near her grandchildren, something that would not have been possible without the affordable senior housing complex.

“Affordable housing is the infrastructure for real life,” said Kelly. “When we treat it that way, we allow people to take their next step.”
