The primary responsibility of these positions is to manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch. The person will foster a motivational environment and strong sense of service and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree and more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team. The person will have a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures that impact retail and business services, as well as knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank retail products and services.
