Philadelphia residents can now enjoy even faster and more efficient service as Amazon rolls out 30-minute delivery in the city, writes Victor Fiorillo for Philadelphia Magazine.

Philadelphia is one of only two cities where the e-commerce giant started its new faster delivery service, the other being Seattle, home of its headquarters.

Although the Amazon service started on Monday, December 1, it is not yet available throughout the entire city and does not cover all products. Delivery can be used for tens of thousands of items, including milk, juice, diapers, pet treats, specific electronics, ibuprofen, tortilla chips, some vegetables, and more.

The cost is $3.99 for Prime members and $13.99 for non-members, with a $1.99 small-basket fee for orders under $15.
