Toll Brothers Brings 275 New Luxury Homes to Bucks County

Toll Brothers is working on several residential projects in Bucks County, bringing 275 new luxury homes to the region.

Fort Washington-based homebuilder Toll Brothers is working on several residential projects across Bucks County, bringing 275 new luxury homes to the region, writes Lacey Latch for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Construction has begun on an age-restricted community along Second Street Pike in Upper Southampton Township, with 115 carriage homes and a 1,600-square-foot clubhouse.

The developer, who purchased the property for $7.2 million in May, will dedicate a 4.7-acre parcel of land to the township.

The project will join Toll Brothers’ Regency Collection, a series of 55-plus communities with home prices ranging from the mid-$500,000s to nearly $1 million.

The builder is also developing dozens of townhomes near St. Luke’s Grand View Hospital in West Rockhill Township, which will be priced near the lower end of that range.

Regency at Rockhill Ridge will be an active-adult community featuring 73 townhomes on land purchased by Toll Brothers for $5.3 million in October 2024.

The developer is also working on Birch Run at New Britain in New Britain Township, which will include 44 three-story townhomes, and Lyondale Meadows, which will offer 45 single-family detached lots in Newtown Township.

“We love Bucks County, and our Pennsylvania communities are always very popular with home shoppers in the Philadelphia area where Toll Brothers was founded 58 years ago,” said John Dean, Toll Brothers’ Pennsylvania division president.
