C&N has announced the winners of its 2026 calendar photo contest. The beloved annual tradition showcases the inspiring beauty of our region and the extraordinary talent of local amateur and professional photographers.

Bernadette Chiaramonte, a photographer from Wellsboro, was named the grand-prize winner. Her photograph, a breathtaking snap of Hills Creek State Park in Tioga County in autumn, captivated the C&N team and was selected after a company-wide vote. The photo graces the calendar’s cover.

This year’s contest delivered a special twist, with all photo submissions coming from previous contest submissions, a testament to the enduring popularity of the annual event. Each month, community members voted for their favorite photograph in previous calendars, eventually selecting 12 stunning pictures that capture the awe-inspiring beauty throughout C&N’s footprint. These captivating images are featured in the 2026 calendar.

“We’re deeply thankful for the enthusiasm shown by our community and local photographers for this year’s contest,” said Charity Frantz, C&N’s Director of Marketing. “The C&N calendar photo contest offers a great opportunity for photographers of all levels to share their art and engage with our community. It’s truly a privilege to highlight their incredible talent and revisit our favorite images from previous years.”

Here are the winning photographers for each month and their hometowns (located in Pennsylvania unless otherwise noted):
