Southampton (18966) is at No. 66, with residents earning $59,284 per capita and homes averaging $546,906. Levittown (19054) at No. 69 shows $45,153 income with $392,928 homes, while Feasterville-Trevose (19053) comes in slightly lower at No. 72, reporting $50,559 per capita income and $480,610 typical home values.
Washington Crossing (18977) is next at No. 76 with $98,045 income and $801,483 homes. Levittown (19057) ranks No. 80 with $38,614 per capita income and $371,172 home values.
