The top 50 fastest-growing home prices in Pennsylvania include several communities in Delaware County, according to statistics compiled by Stacker.
Towns are ranked by the dollar change in the Zillow Home Value Index for all homes over 12 months ending in June 2025.
Chadds Ford placed 31st for fastest rising home prices in 2025. A typical home value there is $716,850. It’s seen a 3.5 percent rise in price ($24,061) over one year.
Glen Mills came in at 25. Its typical home value is $695,192, with a 3.8 percent rise in price ($25,526) over one year.
Garnet Valley placed 24th. Its typical home value is $685,124 with a 3.9 percent rise in price ($25,586) over one year.
Bryn Mawr came in 12th. Its typical home value is $884,523, with a 3.7 percent rise in price ($31,419) over one year.
Wayne came in sixth across the state with the fastest-rising home prices. Its typical home value is $932,812, with a 5.2 percent rise in price ($45,972) over one year.
Villanova placed third on the list for the highest price rise. Its typical home value is $1,470,311, with a 4.2 percent rise in price ($59,199) over one year.
