Community Banking Sales Branch Manager — Bryn Mawr
This position’s primary responsibility is to manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team.

Assistant Branch Manager — Gladwyne
This position will be responsible for team management and developing strategies to drive consumer (non-business) sales goals, especially in the absence of the Branch Manager, who will focus more on business development and external engagements. This leader will also play a crucial role in managing the branch’s daily operations, team performance, and sales goals. More specifically, he/she will supervise the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to ensure quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.
The ideal candidate will possess a college degree or equivalent experience. He/she will have banking experience and two to three years of management experience. The person will have thorough knowledge of bank audit policies, operations, and procedures.

Portfolio Manager III
This position facilitates the credit needs of customers by underwriting new requests and renewals/modifications from preliminary discussions through approval and the life of the loan. He/she will be a proactive partner with the relationship manager and be intimately involved throughout the deal process and beyond.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, as well as three to five years of experience in underwriting and portfolio management (with a focus on investment real estate transactions). The person must be well versed in defining/testing covenants and analyzing tax returns, rent rolls, leases, and appraisals (commercial and residential). He/she will exhibit a deep knowledge of loan structuring and credit policies and procedures, with previous experience assisting with, or preparing, term sheets for discussion.
