Beloved for its farmhouse charm and artisan offerings, Malvern Buttery is set to expand its footprint beyond King Street, writes Michael Klein for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The popular café will open a second location later this year in Bryn Mawr at 836 W. Lancaster Ave., the former home of Kindred Collective.
Branded as Buttery Bryn Mawr, the new space promises a full-service coffee bar, fresh-baked pastries, house-made breads, and a selection of savory dishes.
The new location will also offer casual, quick-serve dinner plates, marking a notable expansion from its breakfast and lunch-focused origins.
Meanwhile, the flagship location isn’t being left behind. It’s getting a summer upgrade with additional seating and the introduction of new dinner options, enhancing its appeal as an all-day destination.
With this expansion, they continue to evolve while staying rooted in their mission: simple, high-quality food served in a warm, welcoming environment.
Whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee or settling in for a relaxed evening meal, both locations aim to deliver the same inviting experience that has made it a Main Line favorite.
