House Prices Have Skyrocketed in These Bucks County Towns

Housing prices in several Bucks County towns have soared over the last ten years.

Over the past five years, five Bucks County towns have seen house prices soar, with some home values increasing by as much as 80 percent, writes JD Mullane in the Bucks County Courier Times

“Analyzing 15 years of data across thousands of neighborhoods shows not just where wealth concentrates, but how dramatically fortunes have shifted since the 2010 housing recovery,” stated Lakshmi Priya in Home Stratosphere

Forsythia Gate in Levittown was marked among the most notable in terms of appreciation. Starting at an average of $278,036 in 2015, the area saw an 84.5 percent increase in value, now averaging $513,025. 

Newtown Grant also saw growth, with values rising 51.8 percent over five years, from a $349,780 average to $531,110 in 2025. 

Another Levittown neighborhood, Red Rose Gate, experienced an 85.4 percent increase from 2015 to 2025, with values rising from $288,158 to $534,121. 

In Langhorne Manor, values increased 44 percent over just five years, from $380,455 in 2020 to $547,987 in 2025. 

Property values in Woodbourne rose 47 percent, from an average of $485,981 in 2020 to $714,502 today. 

Woodside, starting at $532,810 in 2020, increased 50.2 percent to a $800,275 average in 2025.
