As West Chester’s Fullthrottle Grows Rapidly, New CEO Aims for Even Faster Growth

West Chester-based Fullthrottle.ai is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Philadelphia region, but new CEO Ken Kennedy wants to go even faster, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal

Kennedy took over leadership at the advertising technology company in February, replacing co-founder David Regn

Most recently, Kennedy served as chief operating officer for CSG Systems International, a publicly traded software-as-a-service firm.

Since launching in 2016, Fullthrottle has seen rapid growth, expanding over 44 percent from 2021 to 2023, with revenue increasing from $12.74 million to $18.39 million during that time.

Fullthrottle helps businesses, particularly those with a hyper-local audience, gather data to identify potential customers not just by household, but by the individuals within it. From there, it uses specifically targeted omnichannel advertising to get customers to buy.

Kennedy said the company already has traction with car dealers, HVAC companies, and insurance providers, but does not want to stay at that.

“We have a proven platform day one for me,” he said. “It is really about how do we scale and grow the business. This company has several growth vectors … we have multiple ways to grow this business.”
