MyOfficeOps, a leading outsourced accounting and back-office solutions provider, is riding an impressive wave of growth and expanding its service offerings, increasing headcount, and launching a revamped website to better serve its growing client base.

The West Chester-based company saw a 35 percent growth in revenue in 2024, fueled by a rising demand for its specialized financial services. To support this expansion, MyOfficeOps added two new bookkeepers/accountants to its team and plans to hire two to three more in 2025. Additionally, MyOfficeOps is looking to bring on one to two more fractional CFOs, reinforcing its commitment to providing high-level financial expertise to small and mid-sized businesses.

Expanding Services to Meet Market Demands

A key driver of this growth is the company’s expanded service offerings, particularly in the areas of fractional CFO and fractional CRO engagements. The firm is increasing its capacity to handle more of these clients, offering them strategic financial guidance without the expense of a full-time CFO.

“Revenue growth and financial clarity are two of the biggest challenges for business owners,” said Steve Rickel, the founder and CEO of MyOfficeOps. “We help companies not just manage their finances but also accelerate their sales and revenue strategies.”

Recognizing a growing need among baby-boomer business owners looking to sell their companies, MyOfficeOps has also formalized a new service tailored specifically to this demographic. Many business owners approaching retirement struggle with disorganized financial records or lower-than-expected profitability, both of which can hinder a successful sale.

“A lot of business owners are ready to sell, but don’t have financials that truly reflect the value of their company,” Rickel said. “We help them clean up their books, improve profitability, and orchestrate the sale, so they can maximize their exit strategy.”

New Website Reflects a Bigger Vision

MyOfficeOps recently launched a new website designed to better communicate its value and attract more potential clients.

“The old website just wasn’t doing us justice,” Rickel said. “It didn’t clearly explain who we are, who we help, and the real impact we have on businesses. We wanted a site that reflects our expanded offerings and serves as a true asset — one that provides valuable insights and converts visitors into clients.”

The updated site emphasizes that MyOfficeOps is not a traditional accounting firm, highlighting its unique flat-fee model with high-value add-ons. The goal is to make financial management and back-office operations simpler and more predictable for businesses of all sizes.

“We’re not just number-crunchers; we’re business partners,” Rickel said. “We provide strategic insights and actionable solutions that help companies scale, improve their financial health, and achieve long-term success.”
