Philadelphia is Home to 2 of America’s Most Romantic Restaurants

The 2025 list of the Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America features two Philadelphia restaurants: Butcher & Singer and SkyHigh, respectively.

Two Philadelphia restaurants are among the most romantic in the nation, according to a new ranking by OpenTable, write Max Bennett and Eric Heyl for the Patch.

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the notable reservation service released this year’s Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America list.

The first Philadelphia restaurant on the list is Butcher & Singer.

OpenTable describes that Center City eatery “an intimate and sophisticated dining experience in a relaxed clubhouse setting.”

The other Philly restaurant is SkyHigh, which sits atop the Comcast Center. OpenTable praises the eatery’s “chic and comfortable dining experience … panoramic views and world-class service.”

The former received 4.9 stars from 632 reviews, while the latter earned a 4.7 stars from 585 reviews.

In all, five Pennsylvania restaurants made the top 100 list. The three others are Belvedere Restaurant and Bar in Lancaster, along with Altius and Monterey Bay Fish Grotto, respectively, in Pittsburgh.

OpenTable composed the list through the diner reviews of over 10 million individuals, in addition to reservation demand, diner ratings, percentage of five-star reviews, and other variants.
