Philadelphia has a rich dining scene and each year, more new restaurants bring its own unique flavors to the scene, writes Kae Lani Palmisano and Jason Sheehan for Philadelphia Magazine.

Upon visiting many new food spots across the region, Philadelphia Magazine has come up with a list of the “Philly 15.”

Among the 15 new restaurants selected to the list, 10 of which are located here in Philadelphia.

The Bella Vista neighborhood is the most common on the list.

There, you’ll find the Filipino-inspired TabachoyCambodian-inspired noodle house Mawn; and the creative dining spot, Roxanne

If you prefer Center City, consider the French/Spanish/Canadian/Italian-inspired My Loup or Chika Ramen Bar, known for its ramen and cocktails.

In West Philly, maybe try the Afrocentric grocer and cafe Honeysuckle Provisions or some delicious fried chicken at Doro Bet.

Rounding out the list are Fishtown’s Gilda, known for its casual dining; Meetinghouse in Kensington, for drinks and casual dining; the Mexican-inspired El Chingon on East Passyunk; and Pietramala in Northern Liberties, for those who may prefer a vegan option.

The list will be updated regularly to accommodate new dining spots that are likely to add to an already vast local food scene.
