Prince Harry and Meghan Markle donated $250,000 to the Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce in Philadelphia last year, writes Nika Shakhnazarova for the New York Post.

The organization was founded in 2023 by Ashley Biden, the daughter of President Joe Biden, and is described as a “mindfully designed drop-in wellness center for women to congregate, create, educate and meditate.”

The quarter-million dollars is the largest donation the organization had made all year.

“When you show up in community, you find that group that makes you feel like home, but oftentimes you’ll also find yourself again,” said Markle, while addressing a group of women at a recent Thanksgiving event.

Prince Harry also made some remarks at the aforementioned event.

“Every single one of you inspire me and you inspire us every single day. So please continue to be there to support each other,” he said.

Biden launched the wellness hub to support women who have endured trauma. The Sussexes’ Archewell Foundation has been named as a founding partner of the project.
