Data Privacy Officer

This position will manage the day-to-day activities of the privacy office within compliance risk management, driving the strategy for compliance with existing and new laws and regulations. The Data Privacy Officer develops cross-function business relationships and fosters a strong risk management culture within the Bank. This includes collaborating on strategy for data privacy compliance, providing guidance and expertise to all lines of business, and supporting the response efforts related to privacy incidents. This individual will manage the Data Privacy Program by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating privacy-related risks, developing privacy-related processes, policies, and procedures, and providing privacy guidance to the business lines. The position provides assistance and support for performing product/service/vendor risk assessments, responding to data privacy-related consumer complaints, and root cause analysis.

Private Banker II

The Private Banker II role performs business development activities for the high-net-worth segment of the bank, focusing on loans, both security and secured loans, deposits, and Assets Under Management (AUM). This position works with clients to meet their financial goals and objectives. Additionally, the Private Banker II will proactively advise and consult with clients, explaining the types of financial services available, educating and recommending investment, deposits, and lending options, as well as the potential risks surrounding meeting their financial objectives. This role regularly works with a line of business partners to achieve high-net-worth clients’ financial goals.

Credit Risk Review Officer I

The Credit Risk Review Officer I serves to independently monitor credit quality and assess the effectiveness of credit risk management to provide the Directorate and executive management with objective oversight of all lending credit-related activities. The functions of this role are both for consumer and commercial banking, with staff specialized in one area, but will be cross-trained to support either line of business.

The Financial Services Specialist II provides support for the sales and service for the Financial Services Department and Financial Planner within the regional satellite offices. This role also provides customer service for assigned financial services customers.
