Jalen Hurts Foundation Donates $200K to Install New Air Conditioners at 10 Philadelphia Schools

Jalen Hurts is donating $200,000 to help fund 300 new air conditioning units across 10 Philadelphia schools.

The Jalen Hurts Foundation has donated $200,000 to give back to the community and help fund air conditioning at several Philadelphia schools in need, writes Cherise Lynch for NBC 10 Philadelphia.

With the new donation, more than 300 air conditioning units will be added to 10 schools across the School District of Philadelphia.

“I believe every child deserves a comfortable space to learn and grow,” Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts said. “Philadelphia has given me so much, and I’m excited to give back to the community in a way that supports our future leaders. Ensuring our schools are equipped with essential resources like air conditioning is one step toward helping our students achieve their very best.”

The 10 schools that will be benefitted are:
