LUHV Vegan Deli Triples Its Space Inside Reading Terminal Market, Expands Offerings
LUHV Food has a distinction as the first fully vegan deli at Reading Terminal Market and recently celebrated a new expanded space inside the iconic market, writes Cherise Lynch for NBC 10 Philadelphia.
Its new space is three times the size of its previous location.
With its newfound space, the award-winning nutritional vegan food company is now adding new fresh, frozen, and microwavable prepared meals as options for its customers. Pantry ingredients are also available.
This is in addition to LUHV Vegan Deli’s ready-to-eat vegan menu and deli products.
Beyond providing customers with vegan food options, the deli also aims to support various dietary and medical restrictions, such as heart disease, cancer, renal, and diabetes diets.
All items are 100 percent vegan and Kosher-certified.
“We have spent many years growing at Reading Terminal Market – from a day stall to a full-time merchant – to ensure anyone who wants to enjoy vegan fare while visiting has a place with many options,” said owner Silvia Lucci in a statement. “Now, we are excited to expand into an even bigger space that will allow us to serve a larger community.”
LUHV Food has been a popular location since it first opened its original stand inside Reading Terminal Market in 2018.
