If you need a caffeine pick-me-up, delicious sweets, or a hearty breakfast, I Knead Coffee in Bridesburg is the perfect place to visit, reports Bob Kelly for FOX 29.

The shop is owned by Carley Schwab, who first started baking at her parent’s house.

“I was like a cottage baker,” said Schwab.

One of her customers was connected to the owner of the building where her shop is situated, and she kept recommending the baker to him.

The spot offers both breakfast and lunch, and its bagel sandwiches are some of the best in the area. Grilled cheese with homemade tomato soup is another firm favorite on its lunch menu. However, the most popular item is the shop’s homemade Cinnamon Bun – a huge bun with copious amounts of icing.

Everything on the menu is made in-house.

I Knead Coffee also offers coffee flights for each season.

This consists of four different drinks, each of which is a sample size of the original. The winter flight combination includes Grinch Matcha, Mocha Graham Latte, Vanilla Honey, and Peppermint with Chocolate Cold Brew.
