From Nov. 30 to Dec, 8, the "Rocky Bus Tour" will allow passengers to explore the various sites of the "Rocky" film.

As part of this year’s RockyFest, a new bus tour will allow passengers to visit the various film locations of the iconic Rocky movies, writes John McDevitt for KYW Newsradio.

The Rocky Bus Tour will take place on the Philly PHLASH bus at The Parkway Visitor Center and Rocky Shop next to the base of the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The 90-minute tour will include stops such as North Front Street near East Susquehanna Avenue in Kensington. That is the location of the pet shop where Rocky’s wife Adrian worked.

The mixed-use building was once an actual pet shop and was one of the few places that both indoor and outdoor scenes were filmed. However, 95 percent of the interior scenes were shot on a Hollywood sound stage.

Fans can also walk across the street to the craft brewery that was previously known as “Mighty Mick’s Gym” in the movies.

Beyond that, other film locations that can be visited include Laurel Hill Cemetery and the Italian Market.

The Rocky Bus Tour began on November 30 and will run through December 8.
