Commercial Relationship Manager
This position will develop, maintain, and expand Commercial Banking relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. The primary focus is to retain and organically grow new and assigned relationships for prospects and clients with enterprise value of $5 million to $100 million. He/she acts as primary banker and facilitator for all bank capabilities to a small portfolio of commercial relationships, both credit and non-credit.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field and three to five years of commercial lending experience with a proven sales record. The person will have knowledge of and the ability to identify, engage, and create opportunities in the market. He/she will plan, strategize, and target the right industries and create value propositions with impact.

Asset Based Relationship Manager
This position will develop, expand, and retain commercial relationships that will enable the assigned Business Finance team to achieve or exceed its financial and non-financial goals and objectives. He/she will ensure that assigned Business Finance assets and liabilities are properly accounted for, serviced, and protected from loss or impairment in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and sound banking practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and seven to 10 years of commercial banking experience. The person will have sound knowledge of commercial lending practices, compliance issues, and underwriting skills with a good understanding of traditional asset-based lending.

Community Banking Manager — Ardmore
This person will manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.
The ideal candidate will have more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team.
