Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer
This position will work with engineering staff to support existing and future work in the water, water resources, and wastewater engineering markets on projects such as municipal treatment facilities, water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, and water and sewer system planning.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience. A Professional Engineer license is required. He/she will have experience with client and project management cost-estimating and report-writing, as well as experience with marketing and proposals is preferred.

Director of Surveying and Data Capture
This position’s responsibilities include setting the strategy and overseeing the execution of the department’s business plan, staff management and development, operations, technology, and business development. He/she will have expertise in directing and performing all aspects of acquiring, processing, analyzing, and compiling data to prepare maps, plans, documents, and deliverables for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, control and design surveys, subdivisions, records of survey, ALTA/ACSM surveys, lot line adjustments and easement acquisitions, court case expert testimony, other office surveying tasks, and occasional field-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Surveying Technology and a Professional Land Surveyor license. He/she will have strong research skills and knowledge in boundary line determination and dispute resolution. The person will also be knowledgeable in the function and use of Trimble instrumentation, GPS, robotic and traditional survey instruments, and other PC-based software.

Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer
This position will have at least seven years of experience in the design of HVAC, process piping, and plumbing systems in industrial, commercial, and R&D-type facilities. Responsibilities include the mechanical design of HVAC and other building systems for higher education, healthcare, data center, and industrial projects. He/she will work with multi-discipline staff in designing and implementing mechanical systems in new or existing buildings.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering, as well as knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit and understanding of LEED and Green Building practices.
