Berger Communities, along with the staff of Montrose Environmental, MV+A Architects, community leaders, and residents of the new building, gathered to celebrate the occasion.

The property is located at 600 West State Street. It features 166 one- and two-bedroom units, an outdoor deck, rooftop lounge, gym, golf simulator, media room, and underground parking garage, as well as office workspaces.

“Kennett Square holds a significant place for us,” said Dan Berger, CEO of Berger Communities. “This is now our 12th apartment community in Chester County, and we’re really pleased to be part of such a vibrant and close-knit district as Kennett Square.”

The aim set out for Kennett Square Apartments was to make the property fit well with its surroundings.

“Our goal for this project from day one was really to deliver a quality building that really fit into the historical characteristics of Kennett Square,” said Berger Communities Director of Development Matt Johnson

Average rent prices range from $1,900 for a one-bedroom apartment to $2,400 for two-bedroom apartments.
