Lower Bucks Logistics Hub Nears Completion as Massive Warehouses Rise in Middletown

By

The Lower Bucks Logistics Hub is near completion of two huge new warehouses in Middletown, writes JD Mullane for the Bucks County Courier Times. The warehouses are on the site previously owned by Reedman-Toll Auto World and project managers expect them to open within the next couple weeks.

The Lower Bucks Logistics Hub will open its first building located at 1620 East Old Lincoln Highway in November.

“Based on Township inspections, the warehouses are expected for completion at the end of November,” said Jim Ennis, the township’s director of Building and Zoning. “The Township does not know what tenants will occupy the warehouses at this time.”

The first building will cover 361,457 square feet, while the second building, located at 1620 East Old Lincoln Highway, will cover 453,110 square feet.

One warehouse is being constructed on the old Reedman’s test track. The other is being built across the street from it.

The brochure issued by Foxfield, a Boston-based real estate company that owns the Lower Bucks Logistics Hub, states that 1600 East Old Lincoln Highway is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025. However, workmen on site have said that given the pace of construction, it will likely open sooner.
