Brothers Leo, Pep, and Jim Osmanollaj have been cranking out delicious spicy chicken at Bab’s Hot Chicken in Audubon, using their Baba’s recipe, reports Bob Kelly for 6abc.

“Baba is our grandfather,” said Leo. “He always wanted to open up his restaurant. He loves chicken. He had a chicken farm back at home in Kosovo. So we created this restaurant for him. He loves chicken, he knows chicken!”

Some of the most favorite items on the  menu include Baba’s Original Sandwich that comes with coleslaw, pickles, and their special Baba sauce. There is also the Hot Mac Sandwich with mac and cheese, as well as chicken wings.

Another popular item is the Mac Bowl, which is mac and cheese topped with chicken and a sauce of your choosing.

Most of the dishes have several hotness levels, going from mild and hot to insanely hot and permanent insanity.

The eatery also has its own tap beer, stocked with beer from the brothers’ brewery in Mount Airy.

The restaurant has now become so popular that the brothers are currently setting up a second location in Delaware.
